Hello reader, my name is Sylvette I live in the small Island of Puerto Rico on the Caribbean and Atlantic waters. I have a love for travel all my life and since my first trip on my 15th Birthday and I have a dream that I will travel the world like Samantha Brown did on Travel Channel LOL funny right but in fact I made some trips and travels with people that I love friends and family, but the travel bug was always in the back of my mind.
I know understand why people love to travel is the best thing to do, is to break the cycle of work and feel free to enjoy life for most of us is a little time of the year that we dream the days go by to get on vacation. That's why I travel a lot on my own Island because every little time that my husband and I have we go & hoop the Island is a chance to travel on a budget. So why to blog about my travels? I have been a blogger since 2008 in fact my first blog still up on Blogger and now you will find a lots of topics like Food, Puerto Rico, Caribbean and USA travels for the moment in Sylvette Travels. I also have another blog about the Churches I visit when I'm on vacation.
So, I ask myself 5 questions for you to get to know me....
Question #1. What part of the Island do I live? I have always live in the city of Bayamón, I live in the mountains of Lares for 3 years and I did love it. Now I live in the heart and center of the Island, the city of Caguas it is call like that because that city connects to North, South, East and West towns from the highways.
Question #2. What do you study? I study I lot of things in my life I did a modeling school when I was 15yr old, Study Nails technicians when I was 17th I have a University Bachelor's degree on Administration. Also, I study in one of the best Medical School from the Caribbean - Universidad Central del Caribe I got a GA on Medical Imaging on X-ray & Mammography.
Question #3. What is my favorite food? I'm a foodie lover but my favorite will be mofongo with steak. I also love pasta and sushi but I'm allergic to crustaceous and food spices.
Question #4. What is my favorite town in Puerto Rico? I love to travel to Vieques & Culebra for me is the jewels from my Island I have travel there and it always amaze me the beauty.
Question #5. What is my favorite beach in Puerto Rico? I love going to Culebrita Island and Buyé Beach.
On my back is the chapel of Christ also call (La Capilla del Santo Cristo de la Salud) Built in the 18th century one of the musts seen places of Old San Juan Puerto Rico. If you go in the right, you will enter the Pigeon Park.
