IT'S THE MOST MAGICAL CHRISTMASTIME AT DISNEY WORLD, FLORIDA

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!

My name is Sylvette I love to travel my Island Puerto Rico and I'm a Disney Fan since 2006 that year was my first time at Disney World and it was the 25th Anniversary from Magic Kingdom and it was at Christmastime. I have expected 16yrs to have Christmas at Disney World, Florida. I have been several times but mostly in summer time. Also it was the 50th Anniversary from Magic Kingdom and I can't wait to be 80yrs and be present when it will be 100th Celebration LOL.

So here is my Experience at the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Event 2022.

MICKEY'S VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY EVENT GUIDE 2022

Party Tickets - Buy them in October and pic a day from the event with time. There are no fast past at this event time. The first two weeks from December are the best for this event. Price for the Tickets $169.00 or more.

Where do I stay?

Book a Room in August or September or early in the year if you want to stay at a Disney Hotel or Resort but Disney have a partnership with others Hotels very close to the Parks that they can recommend you. I stay at the Home 2 Suite by Hilton and it have Free Breakfast it was 11 minutes from the Parks and I did take Uber all the time.

Before I enter Magic Kingdom I travel the Monorail to the Grand Floridian Disney Resort to see their Gingerbread House it was spectacular. You can buy cookies and Gingerbread House here at a certain time. Also in the lobby you can see unique items on their Hotel Boutiques.

I also visit the Contemporary Resort to see their Gingerbread Magic Kingdom Castle, it Open at 10am, too see both Resorts it took me 2hrs counting walking the parking and the Monorail ride. I enter the Magic Kingdom Park at 9.00 am.

Arrive Early or Be at the Event Time?

Whether you have the strength to be all day at the park meaning 7.30 am until 12.00 am. I did this and I almost die I don't recommend it. Next time I will skip the day park ticket and only be present and the Event ticket time 4.00 pm to 12.00 am.

Why? Its too much walking and standing in one day and if you don't have the strength to do that just be at the Event Night time and skip the day park.

What to do in the Very Merry Christmas Event Party!

When you enter take your right and have your Magical Mickey's Photo the line is short and you scratch that from the list. Also...

Take your time its Christmas enjoy the decor and take a lot of Christmas photos at the Main Street area that include in the front part of the Castle in the Garden are photographers there and Christmas photo booth that only at this time are there.

Try to find on Instagram the Very Merry Christmas Event Guide map ahead your trip. I found a photo from the IG page @DisneyFoodBlog and study the map, plan what you want to do before heading the Party.

Why? Because this Map you will get it at the Event time and you will probably not read it at that moment.

SPECIAL CARACTHERS APPERANCE OR TAKE THE PARK RIDES ?

You will have to choose if you want to do the line for Characters or Rides. The Park will be less crowded and the lines shorts but the Characters line can take up to 2hrs each one.

One of the Best Parts from December and this Christmas Party Event is the Special Food. You can see here in the photo from @disneyfoodblog. Also there is Vegan, Gluten Free and Allergies Menu available see the Guide Maps for more info.

1. Adventureland at Tortuga Tavern

4. Tomorrowland at Cosmic Ray Starlight Cafe & The Launching Pad

You can drink hot chocolate and eat cookies all you want! and its Free!

My favorite cookies was the Gingerbread cookie and the Snickerdoodle cookie I found the website that made them and you can by it at Cheryls.com If you want to try to make this cookie see the recipe.

MINNIES WONDERFUL CHRISTMASTIME FIREWORK SHOW

PARADE TIPS !

I will suggest you to skip the first Parade and keep doing the rides or photo characters then at 9.30pm find a area at the Main Street to see the Minnie's Christmas Fireworks Event that is at 10pm.

When the Fireworks are finish in Main Street stay there and wait the Christmas Parade at 11pm. Bonus you will see the Snowflakes falling at the Parade Time try to be at 9.00 pm at this area to find a place to sit and wait from the Fireworks then the Parade or watch the early Parade and then the Fireworks.

If you are in front of the Castle I recommend to walk to Adventureland or Liberty Square and find the area where the Parade is going to pass there will be less crowd in those areas and you will enjoy better the Parade without the snow at that moment then walk to Main Street to take photos with the snowflakes.

At Main Street they will be Snowflakes falling for 1hr or more time from 11.00pm to 12.00 pm "approximately".

WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF THE EVENT !!!

Apart from the Parade and Fireworks, It's the Snowflakes in the Main Street. That for me is the Icing on the Cake it makes the night more Magical. Also the Free Cookies and Hot Chocolate may the night more warm and sweet.

DRESSING CODE FOR THE PARTY !

YES! It's a thing.

Most of people will dress very Christmas at the Park specially in Magic Kingdom and more extra at the Very Merry Christmas Party. Bring your "Ugly Sweater", Disney Character Christmas T-shirt. Bring some Christmas Accessories like glowing things I put some earrings and my husband a glowing collar. Get your Minnie's ears to make it more Disney and bring your backpack from the collection of Loungefly or the Disney Merchandise Backpacks. And this goes for adults and children's.

I have seen family all with the same theme Christmas Pajamas and they look so cute for photo spots. I also made others Christmas T-Shirts for Hollywood Studio Park and in both Parks Cast Members ask me where do I buy my T-Shirts. I got them on Etsy.

HOLIDAY PRINT & ORNAMENT

When you pic your GuideMap at the specific place you will receive a Free Metal Ornament and when you Exit outside the Park you will get a Free mini Poster as a Holiday gifts. I also buy a Christmas Ornament at the Disney Spring Christmas Store the one with snow with Mickey and Minnie it cost $25.00

My Experience Overall at the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

Christmas is my Favorite Season so off course I have to be here. I plan this trip since October and I plan every detail the clothing, where to stay, what to do in Park at the Christmas Event ahead of time. All the accessories I got it outside the park. My husband got me this new Minnie Ears I have my original Minnie Ears since 2009 and every time I go to Disney I never buy a new one and I always stick with my OG Ears but my head has grown and they where killing me LOL so I got this new ones the are big for me and they are one size so I have to careful not to lose them.

My husband was so amaze with this Event he told me I want to go back, I said to him I have been telling you since we meet lets go to Disney in Christmas. Now he knows why! He told me he felt Christmas more beautiful this year with this epic trip that we also bring his daughter and she was impress by the beauty of the Parades and the Park as well.
