I travel to Utuado a town in the central mountains from Puerto Rico searching for the Caguana Taíno Ceremonial Batey. I made a video from this road trip you will see in the video;

You can enter from north Arecibo or south Ponce the road is a lot of curves I don't recommend driving at night. Try to stay there one night or just visit early.
Most of these central mountain towns they closed at 3pm so be early to see the town and have time to leave with day light.
In Puerto Rico we have only 2 real Taíno Batey this one in Utuado and the other one in the next town called; Jayuya.
You can visit Jayuya one day and visit Utuado the next day. They are a few hotels and airbnb in Jayuya, Utuado, Ciales.
